Basic desktop support covers new PC setup, system upgrades, and most issues dealing with the hardware and software on user workstations. Server, Network, and Security Support CyberDoc specializes in the quick implementation of custom server and network solutions for its clients. CyberDoc has created and supported a large number of unique IT environments, with proficiency in the following areas: Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003 Servers, including Exchange Server for Outlook users. Custom firewall and router setup to provide security and remote access. Implementing complete backup and redundancy systems, such as UPS battery backups, constantly mirrored hard drives using RAID, automatic and scheduled data tape backups, and redundant Internet connections that kick in when the primary line goes down. Server, network, and security work covers all labor for advanced networking services, including those mentioned above. Hours of support: Clients are supported by on-call consultants and are billed hourly. No monthly contracts or minimums are required. On-site service requests are usually scheduled within 48 hours, and emergency issues are taken care of on a priority basis. Emergency requests are handled in a timely fashion, usually within four business hours. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
